Welcome to St Baxter – Californian Eatery

We are saddened to say that we are PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

We would like to thank all of St Baxter’s friends, that have supported us since we have opened. We are saddened to inform you, that due to personal reasons St Baxter will not be reopening in 2017.
Unfortunately we will be catching our last wave on the 23 December 2016.

Please feel free to drop in before we close & help us finish with a bang. Incase you can’t make it in we wish you all a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
Thanks from the St Baxter team.

“A selection of new and traditional U.S.-style dishes mixed with Latin American flavours keeps the vibe going, especially as far as your taste buds are concerned. As you pull up a chair in the restaurant’s colourful, casual surroundings, you’ll be met by street food and more substantial options. Think slow-cooked beef tostaditas for a quick bite to eat, or twelve-hour lamb shoulder for a meal to take your time with.” – http://concreteplayground.com/

“Entering St Baxter is like walking on set of a Katy Perry film clip.
The light and bright space is decked out with every Californian trinket you could imagine, from number plates to retro-style posters, even surfboards. All that’s missing is the pop princess in a pair of Daisy Dukes and oversized sunglasses squirting whipped cream from a cone bra.
Despite the kitsch elements, it doesn’t feel forced or try-hard and instead has just the right relaxed, cool vibe to have diners Californian dreamin’.” – http://www.couriermail.com.au/

Bookings and walk-ins are always welcomed.
We are dog (pet) and child friendly.
